A graduate of Philadelphia's LaSalle University and Jefferson Medical College, Dr. Franchetti completed his internship and residency at that city's Hahnemann University Hospital. In practice since 1987, he is certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery, and a member of the American Medical Association, Maryland Orthopedic Society and American College of Sport Medicine.
